Bursts of light and flashes of fear, Everything caves around me. Mountains melt and oceans are chased away.. There is no ground beneath my feet. Stars colliding and precious fire in Colorful circles engulfs this world, There is no sky before my eyes. Where is my footing? And yet, I am not afraid, For I soon feel your Sun On my face, drawing me in to Your breathless embrace. You are my ground. When all else dies around me, I am drawn home. I am here with You. Jesus, You make all things new. |
