There's always that one person that meant the world to you.. There's always that one person where things didn't work through.. There's always that one person that broke your heart into two.. There's always that one person but which one am I to you? I meant to fix you but there wasn't enough glue to put back the pieces of you. I wanted to hold you in my arms, but your edges were too sharp for me to wrap myself around, still I tried so hard until you cut through my skin until you let me bleed. I offered nothing but love and good intentions, I gave a heart that beat ever so strong but when you gave it back, the beat was so sick ,so weak. It was never love that you felt for me because love can never hurt the way that you do. |
