I don't know anything about any sports in any country. I've been online since 4:30 hanging out in Yahoo chat rooms. I finally found a cosmic connection in the Love Stinks chat room. Totally hit it off with this crazed animal character. We were both goofy. I pretended to feed him peanuts. He asked for cashews. I told him I ate 'em all. Threw him some pistachios. We discussed the Doors and Jim Morrison's poetry. Come to find out, the dude is 45 years old! But that's fine. We had fun. I'm just rambling 'cause I have my own computer now and I want everyone to know how happy I am. Now I'm going to try to do the ICQ thing.
Hey Riggs,

Hmmmm...Vivisection of love, huh? Not for me to judge dear heart---but I live in a culture that rewards women for being pretty boxes. Perhaps it's different Down Under? So long as men play that particular tune, they shouldn't be affronted to find that it's usually the only game in town---and that the fanciest package usually is put around the the dullest product.
I'm struggling here---Reunion...dear lord---such amazing range of texture and emotion, tightly woven into such a tapestry....

Maybe I should give up my feeble attempts... I not only love it---I'm completely consumed with pea green jealousy and envy...

Not the best shade for an elf...
I agree with Gala, in the sense that the texture of "Reunion d'amour" has a very high thread count... exsquisitely done...

Gala (and everyone else within ear, er, EYE shot)-
Poets are sharing of themselves here as mirrors of truths... EVERY one has their own truths to express, so trust your poetic voices...

so says a humble poet
I remember Buda! I used to drive through Buda to get to Austin from San Marcos. Love the poem, btw!

Many have mentioned here the book "Reflections on a Gift of Watermelon Pickle" - any suggestions on where I could locate a copy?

Ok I finally jumped on this ICQ bandwagon (and figured it out all by myself I add) so everyone tell me your names or numbers or whatever the hell they give you so I can have ICQ friends :)
