terry - no pain. it's one of those things that dulls over time. and don't let the possibility of stirring emotions (any emotion except fear, really) ever EVER stop you from writing something you feel the need to write. EVER. and actually - it was good. it's another thing help me appreciate the situation i'm in now. thank you. and bravo- not many people can see through anothers eyes like that.

Big Girls Don't Cry - made me cry - as someone who had a baby once.... and was asked the same question, even though he knew it couldn't have been anyone elses.... Terry - your ability and depth are just incredible and leave me speachless.

It's been a chilly weekend and it's a dreary morn, so thank you all for heating up the Blender - and my senses... All of your work has been quite lovely of late.
Terry, friend, you are really coming into your own. Well done, sir.
Speaking of which, in light of the work you have been writing lately, thank you for your compliemnts. I did want to mention that I was struck dumb by "Big Girls Don't Cry." Two of the women very dear to me in my family have suffered from the irresponsibility of the males who did them wrong. Both of these creatures (I hesitate to call them humans, let alone 'men') fled from the consequences of their deeds... Very powerful stuff, Terry.
And thank yous also to the kind words of Gala, BK, slug and Madison... Madi, I too find the Autumn a very romantic time of year... something about this season with the harvesting and the coming home makes it more conducive to romance, somehow.

PS -- thanks for all the sweet comments 'bout my painting, like Gala said, once she saw the work her poem wrote itself... well once I'd read Terry's words the painting formed in my head and it almost painted itself... I just wish it would clean up its brushes after it.
Oh and "come here..." was in speach marks because I was having a conversation in my head. Doesn't everyone do that?
ive been trying to come up in my head ANYTHING that would do justice to the way i feel about terrys deevaa's and Galas recent works of art combo's..... speechles don say it ...awestruck ... is not quite it......im not worthy to write here no more ....is getting closer... but to say i found them increadably beautifull is an understatement and a half ....great work people thank you for the wonderfull views on life you have given us
megs - that part of the day is my favorite. especially when can roll over and get a really big warm hug. yummy. and you said it so well...you don't write nearly enough.

Wow...I would like to thank everyone for the kind words and response for my latest posts. I was honored that Gala and Dee allowed me to contribute to their work. I greatly admire the artistry of both. I have been on an emotional roller coaster lately, and both writing and drawing are the ways I have hung on with the white knuckles. So thank you again for the support.
And Jack....unworthy is a word that should never grace your vocabulary, my friend. I realize that the vast majority of my posts can be considered mediocre on a kind day. But the Blender, or I should say, the artists of the Blender inspire me to keep trying and to grow. Both as a writer and a person. Not only do you belong in the Blender, but the Blender belongs in you, as it does us all....

**frosted one**--You are quite welcome for the shoulder. You know i will always try to be there for you when you need me. Thank you for being there for me.....You mean a lot.
I don't know when i will be writing again. I'm having problems and I just can't get into the mood. This last one that i wrote can to me after a really short talk with someone who used to be my friend. I can't help what has happened and i wish that i could change everything. But i can't, and i'm having trouble dealing with this. I'll try to read everyone's peoms and comment on them, but i don't know how successful i will be.
