In a sense, yes I do want to snuggle up with God. I want him to hold me, and to protect me. Does that sound girlish? Maybe to you, but you have never experienced this true Love before so you do not know. If you want an example of true intamacy of God then please look at Matthew 23:37-39. How Jesus longs to gather up his children. Again you have never felt this Love because you are blind to it, and can't see the straight path ahead of you, cause you are in the darkness, and have not yet stepped into the light. And to you who reminded me that I was snipped, yes I remember. I was snipped for length not content.

Love between man and woman or love between man and God?
Remember the Greeks named three other types of love besides Agape.
These lyrics have different meanings that are unique to each listener.
It’s subtle. It does doesn’t bully, bludgeon or insult.
No chapter. No verse.
Your work might benefit from such subtlety.
Words can have many different meanings and they evoke unique and complex feelings in each and every one of us. Ultimately, spiritual Truth is shaped only by the hands of the Divine and found only in the heart of the listener.
So go ahead, write words -- funny words, sad words, sexy words, kind words.
Write them.
But let God take care of their meaning.
