I'm a long time reader and rare submitter to the Blender, but I have to comment on your poems. It's been awhile since I've visited, but once I read your latest, I had to go back and read the rest. They're all wonderful! Keep up the good work.

Just catching up on some of the earlier subs. Found a lot of good stuff, but for where I'm at right now in the Blender of Life, Wistful, "Betrayed" was right on the money. (Actually, I'll see your betrayal and raise you--he not only showed me he loved me, he told me so all the time, and when I asked him MONTHS AGO if his feelings for me had changed, he accused me of being insecure: "how can you doubt me like that?" NOW he tells me he had doubts all along and it was probably "a mistake not to have told you." Well, duh...) I swear, I'm not playing this game any more.
~*Harem*~ You continually amaze and inspire me. ~A Gift ~ gave me a goofy grin I wore around all day. It's nice to think some beautiful things can be so simple.

Laurel, thank you so much. I’d been meaning to tell you how much I enjoyed reading Homecoming. It was sweetly-sad/happy and real; it sounded as if I were listening to a girlfriend tell the story over another day’s brew of coffee. – definitely an aromatic read.
