...or you're codependent. LOL! Just kiddin'! Hey everyone, I'm back! Yeah, I've been away, but the docs tell me these new meds are just the ticket - so I figured I'd give it a go. I apologize for the rather dramatic departure a few weeks ago. My therapist tells me that was just to fulfill the inordinate need I have for drama in my life. I dunno, though; I seem pretty dang normal to myself... Thank you Mr. Kirk for not disabling ALL of my usernames. You can't always get what you want - and in my case that's a DAMN good thing. Salud, kiddies!

I have to admit Corinna (sp) that I too enjoyed "Tired". I thought it was to the point yet loose enough that anyone with any REALLY poor relationship could connect with it. That is hard to do. It is very hard to write something, poetic or not, that paints an accurate yet vague picture with enough latitude for the reader to apply it to their own life. Example being Thoreau with his Walden. Even though he described his surroundings and findings perfectly, he still left plenty of space for the reader to connect it to their own life (psst-unlike most of the poetry that goes on here). Well done. I look forward to reading more of your works.<BR>

P.S. Please don't allow yourself to become complacent or apathetic in your works. It tends to happen around here.
