fairy tale
i was one of those girls who grew up on disney and fairy tales
so ive always believed every girl was a princess and soon she finds her prince
then things will go on happily ever after
well i was living mine for a while
i found my prince
and we went to the ball
we had a night of glamour and magic
well then the spell wore of and my carriage was again a pumpkin
but i still had my glass slipper
my little sparkle of hope that id see you again
so i keep it with me hoping youll come around again
looking for her with the other slipper
and ill be here waiting for you
