Possibilities

May I recall you on a summer's day?
Troublesome times make the heart grow stronger.
Should we escape to all the summer's play?
Could all we have needed is time to ponder?
I miss the time we spent with out a care.
I liked it when your arms did encompass.
The floor we shared, we made a famous pair.
Thoughts never arose that it would come to this.
For you were notions of warm attachement.
We both neglected that something was wrong.
Unequaled are you, there is no replacement.
The reason we stayed together so long?
I do not know, let us write a lyric.
And we could even make it satiric.
