A Chance
There's someone just wanting a chance,
to make me happy,
to replace a smile,
where the tears fall down on my lips,
but I can't give that to him.
That chance has already been taken by another,
and although he pushes me away,
and he hurts me with careless actions,
and words,
my heart belongs to him,
and I can't take his chance away,
it was the only chance my heart has ever or will ever give!
That Chance belongs to you, My Love.
