I am a stubborn bitch you know,
not given to vapors
or prissy ass behavior
and much as you might see me
as delicate
I come from decent strong peasent stock,
and we not only carry ourselves
we were blessed by nature and god
with wide shoulders
stout hearts
and plenty for those
who touch us deeply
seek our love
and give comfort
as a life portion.
Trust me.
Love me.
Let me be more than a soft voice
or a tentative touch.
Lovers need to share more than flesh
and I can only take
if I'm allowed to give in turn.
