It seems so cliche, yet so true How can I love anyone more that I've loved you Your brown, passionate eyes that know me so well The ones that I looked into for so long, for both strength and compassion The lips that were so full, so loving, so kind The cute little button nose that snuggled with me during the lonely times The strong hands that held me when I cried, and tickled me when I laughed The smile, that made me feel so alive I know you wonder if I will always be true If i will always care for you as much as I do now There's no need to wonder, or even doubt My love for you will remain, frozen in time, until our hearts meet again I believe that fate brought us together and for reasons unknown to me in the beginning, we were separated But no amount of distance can change two hearts whose beat follows the same path I will always stand by you You say, that you don't feel comfortable talking to me right now That rips my heart out by the very veins that holds it together But, I am strong, and I value you enough to give you breathing room For, I know what it feels like to be suffocated All your old emails proclaim a love that is so deep, so mutual that no one can follow suit I will never even attempt to feel the same way for someone else as I feel for you My lips will never trace the outline of anothers until your lips and mine share the same zip code My heart, my hands, my body eagerly wait for you to complete them. |
