Heading home...down the interstate, radio up, windows down...wind blowing through my dark curls...life is good which scares me...I am soaking up the sun's rays in this happy moment in time...Bad things happen to good people...and if I didn't have bad luck I wouldn't have any luck at all...So while those I love are healthy and happy...I plan to keep this wonderful rhythm until life sings a lousy tune...In the back of my mind, I know how trials, tribulations, and unforeseen tragedies can interrupt anyone's harmony...So now, right this very minute I am focusing on peaceful sounds that are surrounding my world...centering my tunes to the beat of my heart...arranging the chords to the circuits of my mind...synthesizing the orchestrate to my devoted spirit.... |
