To the person who has supported me through thick and thin who toilet trained me answered all my questions and brought me up to be the strong woman i am today the woman who gave passed her unbelievable gift to me but somehow i'm not as unselfish, loving, or forgiving as her her only dream was to make me successful to give me all that she didn't have the person who gave up their happiness in life so that others could enjoy some but all that resulted was bitterness and anger directed at the person who deserved it least of all grandma-how can i tell you how much you've meant to me how your believing in me has made me who i am and you are my favorite person of all although, sometimes we don't agree..don't ever doubt that i love you my hope is that one day, i can give you back some of the happiness that you've given me i'll never be ashamed at you although, i do get aggravated..i have no reason you have been my angel..and more of a mother than i deserved you will see me graduate with a law degree you'll see me married, happy, with kids that i love i owe all my successes to you and just like you..i'm born with one flaw..the desire to just be loved believe that one day..i'll take you into the sunshine with me and rescue you from all your sadness and hurt feelings i'm sorry that i've hurt you but just know that you always have and always will be my favorite, my angel, and more of a mother grandmother combinaton that i've deserved don't believe for a second that you haven't accomplished in your life schooling doesn't make you wise, smart, or even better you've nourished so many, you've guided so many, but have done it without appreciation so happy birthday, grandma, and many more, because i want to show you what you've helped me do all along you were the only one who truly knew how intelligent i was how capable i am and how much heart i really have because you are the one person who gave it to me i wish that your life hasn't been such a struggle but i know that you will be rewarded someday if i don't do anything else, i just want to make you proud i love you grandma, more than the world |
