I have built an altar An altar to love With a walnut circle Candles of beeswax Gems and shells A Tiki goddess Ms Rebel Yell A lacy cut out mirror To flicker the view I’ve lit it and chanted Cursed at it too It works sometimes When I am really blue But I will know for certain That the gods hear my plea When I get full view of you with me ©bk2003 |
