we don't have asthma you don't have avascular necrosis I don't have an overactive neurotic brain we make money...lots of it...creating making pop art collages writing playing the drums singing painting acting directing we have a factory loft downtown the mayor pays our rent we have a community of artists we spend winters in Brazil springs in Vancouver summers in Las Vegas autumns in Albuquerque we visit the Village at least once a year we visit Athens on a whim and Alaska and Hawaii and Paris and Toledo we are so in love we never fight or doubt we got married outside by candlelight the sky screamed its approval we were surrounded by friends and family and friendly ghosts we have a daughter named Molly Marie we have a dentist we have an adobe house we don't hate anyone especially ourselves we are happy forever no one blames us. |
