after shopping for Atkins diet staples and checking out the pyramid hotel for a wedding possibility we watched "Dirty Dancing" which you had never seen I told you I first saw it when I was fifteen and hoped I'd someday find a guy to gyrate with told you that Patrick Swayze is a Leo like you (I've always loved Lions) for years I hated that movie because it reminded me of my abysmal adolescence but last night I loved it all over again because you're the dancing partner I yearned for and you are so mine and I am so yours waking up this morning to your crazy woodpecker laughter over the huge purple hickey you planted on my shoulder. |
