In Moab it's easy

In Moab it's easy
to see how one could fall in love with
rocks,
get off on deep time,
see poetry in geology -
even without any of the rhymes.
And in Telluride it's clear
that Santa relocated to Colorado
some time ago
not just because everyone there has so
many toys
but because he really digs snow.
