or anything white and cold drive east on I-40 until you pass through a canyon of scissors - Tijeras, on some maps - and watch as the foothills turn less xeric by degrees you can see even as clouds move but seem to stand still above your head. Once in Tijeras (the town, not the canyon) go south or north until you find it. The forests of ponderosa and fir will rise to meet you - you will not be alone. What you do when you find it, however, is business entirely your own. |
