So now ... lemme ask you this. "why are we here? i was here first. long before you knew i ever existed in this plane. i have been quietly, honestly painfully writing about us so lemme me rephrase that. why are you here? ... of the many things we could not say to each other you're right ... the pain, the wounds, the love. and the distance that i created thinking that was what you wanted but am gone so ... just remember I left because I love you I am here and I love you still. having said too much in here yet too less to each other baby, we can't make love here. so what are we gonna do about that? |
