quicksand and paradise

you hold on to dear life ... then you get into a quicksand :(

1.  I don’t like his so-called friends.  His friends don’t like me for him.
2.  My friends do not like his so-called friends.  My friends do not like him for me.
3.  He is the jealous type. I am the jealous type.   He's an incurable Lunatic, am famously craZy.   I am stubborn.  He's rigid.
4.  He's got a long standing record of flirting.  Me, i jusz always always fall-out, that's on record, too.
5.  He's good at "not moving" ... am better at "leaving".
6.  When honesty is the loneliest word ... he will lie over and over again.
7.  And that bitter pill of unfaithfulness...one day he will cheat on me.
8.  ... certainly I will get mad and usually I'd get even.
9.  Forgiveness then will be a stranger.
10.  So then I die with a broken heart.

...but then again ... while you drown sorrowfully.... slowly ... you get a good clear view of the other side of the fence ... that makes you hold on a little longer ... beyond the quicksand ... is Paradise:

1.  ...keeps me grounded, re-think about my vices of smoke and drink ... and swearin'...
2. ...twosome coosome couch potatoes over DVD marathons, bookwormin and coffee, loveblendin' and wine, slow-rock jammin' , and debate an ultimate orgasmic intercourse...
5. ...and yeah, that dream house with pink, powder blue and lilac rooms over-lookin’ a beautiful butterfly garden...
6.  ...we come home each night and burn the bed with blietzkrieg makin' love, dirty, mushy, sweet ...
7.  ... climb that pottin' wheel … make plenty of pots and love
8.  … cook me pasta … me makin him my signature scrambled pancake … make hot love in the kitchen … in the dining … at the bar … the scent of our bodies together all over the place...
8. ...and there now … this  baby boy with curly hair, round brown eyes, and a shy smile like daddy's
9.  ...grow old gracefully … he’s fat and balding … my breasts down to my knees...
10. ... Learning from each other, a life apart, a life lived together ...

Our last sunset …. my old wrinkled happy face … on his old drooping happy shoulders.
