I saw you standing there And emotions sparked memories Back to when I was rapt with you. And I wonder Were you happy back then too? The way we ended Made me wonder What was real? What was the truth? When we first opened up to each other It was the most right thing I'd ever done When you pulled away, it felt like I didn't matter. Still does.
