Misti ~ Your ramble touched on many of the same feelings I've experienced in the last ten years. My divorce will be final in August and while I have chosen not to write about it, I admire you for doing so. Two people can be wonderful individually but not always together.<BR>

So glad you finally saw 'Sideways' - it was all filmed where I live. The Hitching Post is 30 minutes South of here, as are most of the wineries they filmed in - Sanford being my favorite. The end scene that supposedly takes place in a San Diego burger joint was filmed in Santa Maria at Orcutt Burger (where he takes the vintage bottle to drink out of a paper cup from under the table). It was pretty surreal watching the whole thing. Much more impressive than the Michael Jackson trial, which has brought a string of celebs to our little courthouse. Jesse Jackson was here yesterday, God help us all. That man truly gets around.
