I just put The Ruins and Remains of Us on the subs page. It's sooooooooooo NOT done, but it was screaming for some air! LOL!
There's others that I wanted to comment on, but can't remember their names right now...dang! Must post later!
Thanks Nat.... (I figure you mean my paintings.)

I mailed Kirk about posting paintings with no poetry attached, I've always thought of the blender as a place for romantic poetry, however Kirk pointed out that on the new subs page there is nothing that says the work posted must be poetry... just romance related....

My art doesn't have to inspire poetry.... it stands alone.

Deevaa-
but what is to say that your art won't inspire poetry? I find your work of late to be very poetic already...

To Kirk - The Blender Keeper ~
Just thought I would drop a line, to let you know that the new way you have the blender set up, seems to be much clearer, and easier... At least for me... *Sigh...
I like it. Thank you so much for taking the time to straighten things out... Your work and efforts are very noticeable... BIG THANKS. ! ! !
It was an easy back porch Sunday evening, and I stepped out into heavy dusk. Gazing across the lake, squinting through the light mist skimming the top, I thought I saw him...then lonely strands of his music lilted in the still night air, wafting to my porch to wrap me like a throw...

Thanks Riggs.
Oh my – I’m truly blushed. The power’s been out here overnight (there’s something nicely old-world about depending on candles once in a while – keeps it all real) and the [almost] first place I hit when the lights came back was you guessed it, the Blender. Electricity and such positive feedback from natalia and delilah all in the same 5 minutes. I’m stunned. Your intuition was right on “he said he loves” natalia; that moment was a real one, transported straight from a phone conversation to the keyboard. My answer to the question above: I like to say my stuff is not always real (some part of me loves anonymity), but a lot of reality does seep through - reshaped, rewoven or handcolored in some way. Now... anxious to go read what I’ve missed in the dark, looks like everyone’s been busy!

Kevin, thanks handsome... I've got the guilt's for not posting any poetry... I guess I felt like I had to justify myself.
The art is doing really well at the moment though, I've just posted off 5 that I've sold and/or giving to people I love, the woman who works in the post office here gives me those suspicious looks each time I go in there with parcel. Probably thinks I'm a smuggler of some sort.
Hi Natalia,
Ihanks so much for the compliment. The Blender has some of the most talented people I've ever encountered, and I stand with a gaping mouth in "awe" most of the time. You all give me words to express feelings that need an escape route.
