Go to www.google.com (or simply type in google in your address bar, the computer should do the rest) & type this in the search bar: dawn michele site:loveblender.com
When you get to the results open the page and use the keyboard shortcut ctrl-F (or Edit/Find from your screen) then type in your name again. Voila! - you should find your poem.

thank you TJ, but nah ...those two weren't really supposed to be connected, wish I'd submitted them spaced a month apart or something. One is a positive view on the theme of lightning & thunder, the other is supposed to be a negative slant of the same theme ('one, one thousand, two' should have read "between our kisses" instead of "between your kisses" to make it clear the lovers are parted by either physical or emotional distance) - - but however anyone reads them, whatever they get from poetry, is good by me!

... and then I actually thought about it, I joined the blender 2 days before my birthday, when a comment by Shadygirl caught my eye, she wanted to throw a birthday party for her brother (whose birthday is on day before mine) but her parents didn't want her too.... that was in 1998... *pulls a face*

Thanks for the compliment - I feel that something was driving me to put these feelings into words that are so brittle and raw without apprehension of what I would write next - with sheer animosity - of course, that is the abridged version...and I didn't do anything with it other than post it - LOL.
