CryingShame58; Thank you, lately everything is depressing. The news, politics, the weather ha thats only the little things ha. I normally try to keep a sunny disposition, but lately everything has been bugging me so I just have to keep plugging harder. (Kick Butt Buttercup, I like that, it's so cute and so right) That would make a great needlepoint or cross-stitch saying.

Kirk; I am guilty of double postings and posting too soon before it's thought out. But even the great poets they say had five or six versions of the same poem sometimes. Revisions keep happening every time you re-read a poem sometimes. I will try harder to not double post, but Rennie is right sometimes it's the computer too.
Just read the survey questions, looked at Q1 fav movie of all time and guess what" Somewhere in time", couldn,t believe my eyes. Its been my fav since it was on tv here many years ago.Spent an umnentionably large amount on collectibles from the website, even had e mails from Jo Addie. Wish I could afford the cash for one of the annual get togethers. Good to see there are other time travel romantics out there .

BK~ I have recently revised some of my older stuff I put on Blender here, but put several revisions on one post. Helps me get my head back into writing again at times. I may only change a word, punctuation, or something very simple, but like the posting much better. Also, I like particular lines and will use them for a start on a complete new work. I never have writer's block this way. I've had a time with electronics shutting down completely here, but also trouble with electric as a whole from some massive storms the past couple of years. I am amazed I don't have more trouble with all these gadgets here as a result. What amazed me was the triple post when I did not get to enter as everything locked-up and shut down here. I usually lost a piece when this has happened in previous years. I have also found that this site comments board rolls over just after 2 AM my time, and will often lock-up the whole site as it does. This had been a favorite quiet time for me to be online posting, so I have made a note not to work the site until after that time (or earlier in the evening) ..... Rennie

Thanks, Teej and Violet.
Teej, best of luck with boot camp. I remember boot camp like it was yesterday. I met some truly awesome people and ate tons of peanut butter/Rice Krispie/banana on toast sandwiches. And I got a cool pair of boots. And I learned what it feels like to take your body to the absolute limit. I need to go back but I don't think they'd take me. I know you'll kick ass, though. Best wishes, girl.

one more p.s. and then I'm through:
I watched "Survivor" last night (I never watch TV unless it's "The Other Half" because Danny is so cute and funny and stupid)and I laughed my ass off. That Clay dude reminds me of my stepdad Joe. Anyway, even though it's only marginally romance-related I think the newest survey question should be,"If you were stranded on a deserted island where bananas are manna from heaven, which five people would you want on your tribe?" That sort of thing just interests the hell outta me.

Misti - can we have two lists? One fantasy and one real life? ;-D

But of course! Fantasy is vital to survival!
Here's my list:
Cookie Bear! Angelina Jolie! My sibs (Autumn and Dustin)!
Kurt Vonnegut!
...I'd have a best friend to snuggle with, a supastar to admire and hopefully bond with (ha), two friends to commiserate with, and a brain to pick. I would drive poor Kurt baNaNaz with questions and theories!

Horrible block at the moment. Funny how you dash a few words off without thinking about it, and not expect anything in return. Thank you Rennie and my dearest Splat.
Our Gala is having a very difficult time right now. Please, if you know and love Lisa as I do, send her a card and many hugs. She is really hurting right now.
