TJ, Chances,
Thank you so very much for the comments on 'Our Fool’s Paradise.' I am going through a very dark period and sometimes the littlest things keep me holding on.
Jon,
Glad you liked 'Die Another Day.' It was just me rambling on and on. Thanks.

Cyan - Five Minutes – really nice. Love the line “as if to seize you in and inhale you unbroken.”

Kevin Urenda – Icons is lovely.
In Our Dreams – beautiful………………. And Reverie is so beautiful too. I am left here stunned and shaking my head in wonder and thinking about how amazing your poems are.

“thoughts of you
take the breath away
from my nights”

“left alone to
twist among the
thoughts of you”

Oh man...
Let me shut up before I go on and on like an idiot because your words have me in a daze.

One of my best friends has three corgi's...all are family loved, but one is a show dog, the other is a therapy dog that visits nursing homes and the last one is a pet...I am assuming you have a couple of corgi? I have a german shepard puppy...
Sushi~(clarification)...Jesus was a Fisher of Men...not a fish!!! if you will recall the only time Jesus lost His temper was in the Temple over politics!!!!!! Just a little trivia should you decide to play a real game...very sad that someone with such talent wishes to waste the talents on nonsense...pick a battle that is worth fighting and be a leader that sets an example of good...not crap! You are aware that attention is sought and gained...even if negative. Do you find pride in what you do? Your launguage is very offensive!
Speaking of trivia, what's with the fish comments directed toward Sushi?

The literal translation for sushi is "with rice." It has nothing to do with fish. Sashimi is raw fish.

Better to refer to Sushi as a simple carb!

Chances; Yes two Pembroke Corgis and they are too smart for their own good. I had three Huskeys as well. Something about those blue eyes. You have your hands full if you have a shepherd pup. Puppies need constant training. Thanks for the comment. I really liked your Chocolate. It made me smile. ladyinwaiting~ your "Pieces" is so sad. Here's to you in the hope someone can transplant a romance-filled heart again. Thanks on the comment on Celestial Jewelry.

B.K.~ Hope you are feeling better. I feel like I have a bowling ball slamming around in my sinuses with these snow storms. Your poems to your fella always make me smile. I could use a Sunday morning brunch buffet at Loveless when the weather gets better.

CryingShame~ On the little things: as long as we were together, my husband kept a flwer or flowers in a vase for me. It seemed a small token over the years, but one really missed now. Thanks, "positive attitude" seems to be what keeps me going now.

Cojeaux~ © is extremely important to me and those partiuclar friends. I provided contact info on you should they care to contact you to request permission to use that piece. Thanks.

Kirk~ as you get older and further into a love relationship, you will find you equally cherish the most tiny bits of shared attention. After chemistry comes history with lovers. BTW, Doc is a very much loved friend I keep forwarding your ki'd website.

Gala~ I've worked in a nurturing environment for creative folks for a great many years. It is hard to see the squabbling here until around it enouugh to figure whether it is all in good fun or real barbs. I've enjoyed seeing your nurturing site on Respite. Thanks so much for sending Tony Spivey to Blender.

Tony Spivey~ Welcome to Blender, I will loan you an e-tool and some K, C and MRE's if you care to dig in here. I've enjoyed reading your work at Gala's Respite. I hope you and Gala have notified VVHP, Sgt. Grit, theFew and other USMC brothers about your book. If you will post a direct link to the book, I will be glad to forward it to my guys on database. Semper Fi, Sgt. McGilla aka Rennie Lorca

Noni and the_poet~ Let me add my Wecome to you at Blender. I look forward to reading your accounts.

Chances~ Thanks on the Celestial Jewelry comment. My life is often so complex and complicated that I enjoy the K.I.S.S. mode here. I am enjoying keeping up with your posts.

Sushi~ Some folks only see the compost pile's manure, and some choose to see the nutrients. I know these soldiers as real people and body counts. I know the long drawn out consequences and pains of actual combat. Marines are often called "Warriors," but most like the peacekeeper role instead. How about posting more of poet Anna or her buddy Pasternak?

Ali~ Just A Memory~ I can relate. Thanks for putting this into words. Bluesgirl~ Same comment for your "different" piece. His Little Fullback~ another ditto on the same comment on your "Here" ..... Rennie (again trying to catch up here)

Tonyspivey – To Me – beautiful.

Ali - Just A Memory – this one speaks to me.
I love this part;
“I don't like seeing ghosts,
But I see them sometimes,
Haunting me from the eyes
Of a passer-by--I haven't felt safe
For a long time, now. I won't
Trust anyone who wears your smile”
You have described so well how I feel about someone who has been haunting me like this for years now. But unlike me, you have succeeded in putting the feelings into beautiful words. Thank you.
