The Blender Survey Question

Is the Fall a good time to fall in love? Is it a better time to fall in love... again? Why/why not?
Rhetoric Is there ever a GOOD time to fall in love? Even when love is good, you still feel like you have been kicked in the stones. Romance is better. If love could feel like romance, rather than the painful ache that comes from the incomprehensible reality of needing another, maybe there wouldn't be so many people who are afraid of it.
Misti Fall has always been my favorite season. I love the crispness, the vivid blue of the sky and all the things that go along with it, such as Halloween and El Dia de Los Muertes and Thanksgiving. And this has nothing to do with the question, which I think is a bit ridiculous. Anytime is a horrible, beautiful time to fall in love. I feel most melancholy in the late spring, but according to esteemed astrologer Michael Lutin that is because May is my conception month. I think of home and loss and all the lovers who let me down. Oh...the four astrological signs that rule the fall are Virgo (early), Libra and Scorpio and Sagittarius (late). Libra, which is ruled by Venus, rules the heart of fall. So I apologize for saying this is a ridiculous question. Venus rules all things love/attraction/marriage/quality perfume/damn fine art and music. So yes...fall is a very good time to fall in love and find someone to jump in the leaves and make caramel apples with.
Injun Joe yeah, cause you'll likely get good holiday sex and presents
Kirk Nice to see a new poll question!

Historically, most of my good romances have started in the spring, and most of my bad ones in the fall.

I dislike autumn in general...nature going into a coma is pretty, but along with the shortening days, a bit depressing.
Athena Anytime is good to fall in love. But looking back at the men I've loved, some of my most dramatic/catastrophic relationships began in the fall. On the other hand, I fell in love with the most amazing man in autumn; and it's persisted over 4 more. Fall has this sort of romantic reputation, too. There's something sweet about walking hand in hand, leaves crunching under your feet, wrapped up in a big comfy sweater, sipping hot chocolates while admiring the yellows, oranges, reds, and even purples that decorate our world. A little bit "Hallmark-y" though, I suppose. It takes more than that to sustain an autumn romance. (Sorry for my rambling!)
libs0813 haven't fallen in love during fall, but i'm more than willing to prove that this question has an answer of YES...
Violet I fell in love in the spring, presonally. However, I think the fall would be a great time to fall in love. The crisp air, the hay rides, apple cider... with all of the romance of the season, with the leaves falling, you may as well be falling yourself. Maybe I will fall in love all over again this fall. I think I'll make a goal out of it.
gardenpoet On the first day of this autumn, my wife fell in love with me. Again. Autumn is her favorite time of year and, although she's an admitted "NON-planner", she looks forward to this season so that she can PLAN all kinds of decorating schemes and times with her family and events for both of us to get involved in and more. I suspect that this Autumn, she'll plan more moments of love.
B.K. It was in the Fall of 2000 that I first picked up pen to write. My muse would even wake me up and say write this down. So of course Fall is the perfect time to fall in love. Every season has it's perfect moments and every season I fall in love with him a little deeper. Kisses Darlin Man , you are the passsion, the love, the words of love I write.

Winter?
Nope! That is the time we need to get over our past loves.
So, Spring is the best time for love.
kevin urenda I'm with Misti - I love tyhe Autumn, and it is a great time for love.
2luv I think that Fall is a great time to fall in love. It is a beautiful season that many take advantage of. So many colors cover the ground. It's not too hot, not too cold. It's a romantic season, so my answer is yes.
indefensible sushi That's a trick question. There is no good time to fall in love. I think a better question might be, "Is the Fall a good time to change this survey question." And the answer to said question would have to be an emphatic yes. ;)
