| Chances | Personally, no. Statistically, yes. I think any relationship that cannot accommodate change, whether individually or of the dynamic of the relationship is doomed. I think good relationships must by their nature do that - because a good relationship helps you grow, as you grow you change, as a relationship matures, it changes. Of course, this may not be so much case in point with mature relationships - but to reach that level, there must have been change. And the people in mature relationships are, presumably, still growing and learning, i.e. changing, and those changes might well affect the relationship still. |
