Well, that definitely worked! I was just thinking of her most famous poem the other night as I drove home from work. "But oh, my foes, and oh, my friends...it makes a lovely light." I hope I quoted that right. I can't wait to read her more obscure works. Reeses and Millay...wOw!!!

zero love ~ My sister is an artist (I am okay too, but with a prodigy in the family, anything I do is substandard, to say the least) anyway, one day we were talking about our paintings and writings and she said the same thing I have said in the past...we look back at our stuff and get rather embarrassed. Some things seem so juvenile, some works so tacky, some just plain shitty when we go back and look at them later. It's natural. We grow. We forget the emotions that prompted the work in the first place. We move on. But there is always someone that comes along and is touched by those very things we've left behind.

Yes-ZeRo LoVe--all the time and I wonder how could I of words of awe pen such mindless crap!
I get real excited and post the poem, then look at it the next morning and go...e-gads why did I post that and then write two or three versions that are better than the first one. It's normal I would say, but it never stops me ha.
