Just a post to note: I'm still around, just a bit of the blahs. Decided to dance and live a bit more until I feel inspired.
Don't feel too badly about this, had a look at what I'd managed to churn out in a short space. Knowing me and the inspiration in this place, though, I'll be back before long.

Walking Contradiction: Your mistress poem is touching. It made me think first thing: you should never feel like you owe anything to anyone -- in "debt". Love can not be bought with words, gifts, or anything else. By the way, I think the greatest blessing is to share your feelings with the other you only consider a "friend" because it gives them a chance to absorb the reality and move on. The longer you remain silent the deeper the possibility for wounds and pain. Of course, all situations are different, but there are always precautions one should take in such a sticky business as love vs friendship. Good luck always.

there aren't any words that i can find to describe your recent "re-run". amazing beat and "slow-motion" words about it awaken a feeling at it's very "present" moment (i'm sure every reader could appreciate it).

Empy- I want to thank you again for your kind words. It's been a while, but I'm going to find time to read some more poetry. ALso, just when i was thinking i didn't have inspiration, all of a sudden, good fortune took a nose dive. Don't they always say, "be careful what you wish for, it just might come true." Lesson learned..Ha ha=)
personal question..what do you all think it means to play hard to get..does it work?
Rainbow Chaser~ i personally think that playing hard to get will get you somewhere in the short run, but if your looking for an honest long term relationship, i think it's better to be open with the person. not horribly open but just enough. that probably doesnt answer the question very well but i always have to put my 2 cents in.
