Duke~I actually wrote that poem onto a Hallmark card I gave my g/f as she came home from work today. :-)

BK~Thank you sweetie :-)...glad you liked. I actually did get a little more hehe. I guess it's because I'm a sucker for "just because" gifts and cards.

jack~I've been meaning to tell you, but I tried your little challenge. LOL she asked me if I had been drinking or I if was tired from work. But then she realized what my intentions were and she has been cooking me dinner ever since. Between you, me, and the entire board...the only thing I think she is capable of cooking are Cup of Noodles. Shhhh.
BK,
Yes, the movie is out on video now. I do like a good foreign flick. I am getting partial to Asian (Chinese, Cambodian, and Vietnamese) films of late. They are just SO amazing to watch because of the terrain.
Thanks for your thoughts. I was really sad that it ended so hopeless.
The new blender comes out after the first weekend of a new month. Which means this month it's slated to be as far into the month as possible since it began on a Monday, but I'm trying to get a bit of a relative headstart on it.
Just Some Girl ~
Ha! I am the LAST freak on this planet to be able to speak highly of Romance. My love life is the proverbial rollercoaster. Looks like I picked the wrong year to quit taking my Paxil! I think Kirk needs someone with a bit more flair for optimism right now. I am just an educated neurotic with bad skin!
Yeah, Groundhog Day is pretty neat, though the title doesn't make any sense if you haven't seen the movie... it reminds me a bit of some pieces of interactive fiction I've played, like The Space Under The Window ( http://www.loveblender.com/1999september/ramble.html )
