Plain ole Cod Liver Oil is what you need of the Norwegian varitey. Capsules are much easier to take. Only the very strong can take it by the spoonful. ha

Argyle and I buy fresh seafood from the market most Saturday afternoons, they can't keep it til Monday, so they sell it off cheap.. we generally get tiger prawns, calamari or crab, but every now and again we'll get salmon or smoked anything....And I try to eat sushi for lunch a couple of times a week, my memory is pretty good, so I'm backing the study all the way! LOL

Thanks! When my ex dumped me I told him he was killing me softly. I told him it would hurt less if he beat me to a pulp. At least then I'd have a reason to hate him. And I love the Fugees' rendition of that Roberta Flack song. That's one of my favorite songs to sing along to.<BR>

My husband disagrees but I think my best poems come from a raw, bitter place. The poems I write when I'm happy are too giddy and girlish. <BR>
