Sure know a lot about mental health issues. If it makes you feel vindicated, sure I took lithium today, but I'm not sure if you're up to date on the current "mental health" verbage or concepts. First off they are now using the DSM 5 (it's been updated-in the past they have used the DSM 4, 3 and so on...wink) and if you are in fact using lithium you would want to refrain from consuming more sodium, being that Lithium is nothing more than your basic sea salt. In fact the average dosage of lithium is 18 times more than the recommended daily allowance of sodium per day. Not to mention that Lithium isn't normally used for mood swings. It's normally used to treat or help control Bi-Polar disorder. Which isn't your average "mood swing" affliction-{silently whispering}: "it's a trifle more than that". What you are thinking about is what most professionals call an SSRI, ya know, the Prozacs, Paxils, Effexors, and the likes. Oops. I am not sure what just happend there I guess my fingers just got the best of me. Are you familiar with "Tenacious D" the band with Jack Black and his cohort? IF so the phrase "Woohoo I win, one to nothin" should strike a cord with you. Have a great (in the Tony the Tiger way) day.---LEAMAS

LameAss is NOT me, people. He's lying. How can you tell who's who? Just look at the quality of original work submitted. He and the host of fakers - who, incidentally, ARE the same individual - tend to (a) find things on the Net (or those email forwards that make the rounds) and post them as "original" works or (b) just write some really lame stuff. "Leamas" is hardly in a position to judge BK. Hehe...that's a good one.
