Sucks. Don't know if it's just one of those things, becaue I haven't done enough to publicize it, because of the general board abusers, or what.

Kirk - Participation on the board seems to have its highs and lows. The politics discussion is very busy; if it weren't there, this board would be extremely busy and those wishing to post here re: love poetry and general chat would hardly be noticed over the hullabaloo. Just thoughts.
Hang in there fearless leader; they'll come back. It's just been a hell of a summer, that's all.

Don't despair!! It may also take some time for those who "stepped out" to avoid the political brouhaha to check back and see that it's tapered off (at least on the main BB!)... I'm sure we'll see a lot of familiar names back again in a few weeks.

Satine is the character played by Nicole Kidman in Moulin Rouge.
If you haven't seen it, I would HIGHLY recommend renting it. This film has inspired me more than anything else. Best film I've EVER seen. Watch it!
