Thanks for the mention on Hijacked :) ... frogs are singing so loud here each night I can barely hear the pup playing body surfing/bowling against my kitchen cabinets (cabin fever!).

Jim~ awwwwww, come on! Don't make me go-Rumsfeld on ya. Don't ya know this broadsiding is the reason we don't have pirates in these parts now? They've all moved over on the map to There Be Dragons. Capt's had a good laugh over us verse-in it out here. Thanks! I got Shadow Dancer from the lights going out so much here lately with all the storms.
BK`
so what is your point with the above Pvt Lynch story from the BBC? are you saying something negative or defamatory about your country? after all, the BBC is is the world authority, right? LOL yeah, i switch to the BBC every time I want the TRUTH. Too bad there is so much Wrong with America, huh BK? yeah, I'm gonna believe some fucking Iraqi doctor or newscaster, right? LOL nay, LMFAO (laff my friggin arse off)...maybe I better go check out what public radio has to say about it. HAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA

Its OK, "BK," if you can't be patriotic and proud of what your country has done to bring freedom to Iraq - there are WAY more people who aren't afraid to show their patriotism and loyalty, thank God.
Looks like we struck a nerve in a filet of heel or is that sole. I'll take a BBC story anyday. As for my patriotism, I won't be bullied by the likes of you that's for FRIGGING SURE or anyone else. You sir can swallow your history any way you want it rammed down your throat, I'm just looking for the TRUTH and how dare anyone attempt to tell it. Let's put it all on airwaves (tv and radio) owned only by Republicans so we can tell these good sheep what to think and say.
I can't help it if I'm right - or if all ya'll libs are pissy over the fact that we WON the war. My point is simply this: those who find themselves unable to LOVE this nation (best one on God's green earth....know a better one?) should just LEAVE it and go live elsewhere. K? Now that Bush has a firm grip on power (praise be), what is needed next, I think, is a HUAC of sorts for our time. Subversives should called to account in a public way for the aid and comfort they have given our enemies. And don't give me the whole "free speech blah blah blah" thing, either - freedom only exists in relation to RESPONSIBILITY. Porn, for instance, is no more Constitutionally-protected than is yelling fire in a crowded theater. The same case can be made for all the anti-war (really anti-BUSH) rhetoric of late. Remember people, if you're not part of the solution, you're part of the PROBLEM.

I am a patriotic person that lives and loves her troubled city, state and country...we are in constant healing since 9/11...I think everyone from the liberals to the conservatives are wanting truth and justice...we just all have a different opinion on how we are going to get there...right now, it's time to watch, listen and make our choices from the truth...we do have the freedom of speech and we live in a time that there can be no secrets in the USA...the truth always comes out into the public...but whatever opinions are expressed here at the blender aren't going to change anyone's thoughts, feelings, or votes...now it's time for a joke..."WHY CAN'T EVERYONE JUST GET ALONG?"..."What the world needs now is love sweet love"...
I couldn't agree with Bacharach more. But what the world also needs is a LOT less liberals. Here's my three-point plan for a saner society:

(1) militarize/nationalize the police - radicals can be given the choice to either change their views and support the country that has given them SO much or face deportation to place more to their liking (Sweden? Iran?).
(2) seal the southern border - bring an immediate halt to immigration from cultures that - and let's be honest - are fundamentally opposed to the American way of life.
(3) temporarily suspend the Constitution and postpone coming national elections. The Commander in Chief needs time now to get things in order - and what he doesn't need is the ACLU tying his hands.

That is my modest proposal. Now back to our regularly-scheduled luv poetry.
