BK: Ha! I looked it up, because I don't this stuff very well: He's a Virgo on the cusp of Libra, and I'm a Libra on the cusp of Scorpio. We are almost exactly a month apart... well, and 16 years. So what does all that mean to you?

Wistful; I'll only say that it sounds wonderful and leave it at that. Just know that a lot of Virgos are neat freaks and hope yours is not. I'm Virgo with some Libra planets and I can be extremely neat or very messy, just depends on which way the wind is blowing. Right now it's towards clutter of which I have been doing a give to Goodwill in an atempt to straighten it out and not trip over it and kill myself ha

I'm not saying this to step on anyone's toes because I think you all are fabulous, but I was just surprised that the "sign" question came up.
I know that we're all dreamers in here because we (a) write poetry and (b) write poetry about love. But I just don't put much faith in astrology. I guess part of it is from years of people asking, "What's your sign" and then when I tell them, they say, "I knew it." Plus, I had roommate that passed up some great opportunities because the guy wasn't "the right sign."
Stars burn out. Fate is fickle. I tend to ask direct questions about those I love and the ones they love. I don't try to interpret them.
BUT (and the truth comes after the "but"), if you've found that it works for you, then by all means go for it. Stranger things have happened in the world. I am only stating my humble opinion, I'm not trying to change anyone's mind. I will happily respect whatever you believe, even if I myself don't believe it.
BK: No worries. I've seen his place. He's not a neat freak. He's an artist; maybe one precludes the other...
Savannah; To the point and exactly what you said everyone to their own beliefs. But after looking at it for quite a long time and knowing that it works and it is so much more than "What's your sign!"
I could only tell someone the person was no good for them after comparing and contrasting their entire chart plus a compatability chart which takes quite a bit of work that I for the most part leave to experts.

B.K.- I'm glad that you are open-minded enough not to put your beliefs upon people. I guess another reason that I'm put off by astrology is that people I know who believe in it always try to force it on me.

thanks for asking...i've recently joined a community service organization and been tied up with it's business and social activities...also, i've been busy with my 21 year old daughter's wedding plans. the wedding is set for October...the last couple of weeks i am dealing with a health issue, but will get a second opinion...please remember-although, i don't make comments, i always enjoy everything you submit...you have your own creative style and write from your heart...take care....
