When I joined, I just used my aol screen name and have often felt that I should have put more thought into my moniker on this site, since a "diva" I am not. I just happen to do hair for a living! Thanks Rens; It was great to get to talk to you today. I had lunch with my son and his girlfriend and then we went to see the new Milos Forman film Goya's Ghost. It's pretty gruesome but then so was the Spanish Inquisition. Good lord what a time to live through. The kids were humoring me to see it and they got a great dose of history and art with it. It was good. I have seen Goya's art in the Metropolitan and the National Gallery in London but not the gruesome stuff. He was the photo journalist of his time depicting tortured bodies and faces.
Anyway, we still need to get together and have lunch and I need to get this dag nab computer fixed ha

Aparajita; Thanks for the hug and one back atcha woman. It has been a headcold/sinus infection kind of week with other ghastly details I won't go into. Until today I have not been up to snuff. Just have to hang in there and wait for the next round.. to come out fighting. You know pink boxing gloves pink shorts and a marshmallow uppercut. ha I still want to get with you about what I was talking about earlier but there has been too much coming at me too fast lately. Hope all is well with you. Just read about the LA trip, you be careful out there. (have fun)

Aparajita; The singing was lovely ha. Thanks! My son told the waitress at the restaurant today that it was my birthday and I was his Mother and she started looking at us strangely until my son said. She's only 25 and I'm actually not born yet haaaaa. Instead of birthday cake with ice cream I had key lime pie that was to die for.
