Hey there my dear Splatty, thanks for the comment. Still following the blender avidly, but the writings not goin so good right now. Have decided to lay down my quill until I have something to say. I need some help. I know we have some ee cummings fans in here so I'm talking to you people right now. I need to know where this quote is from:
"To be nobody but yourself in a world which is doing its best night and day to make you everybody else means to fight the hardest battle any human being can fight and never stop fighting."
Not a word for word quote but if you're a fan of his works you get the idea. I need the title of the work for a term paper so any help would be appreciated. A link would be greatly appreciated. I can't give you any money or rewards for your services but I can type out some smileys. For example, :-).

S'funny how many people aren't (yet) tuned to think of Google first...just today I helped a guy look up the esoteric art of translating ASCII (how PCs encode letters and numbers) from EBCDIC (how old IBM computers do it...the funny thing is some computers still use it, but it was geared at being good for use on punchcards!) Actually, I was surprised he wasn't more knowledgable about it.
Anyway, http://www.gvsu.edu/english/cummings/caps.htm is kind of interesting, saying the correct form is "E.E. Cummings" not "e.e. cummings". I accept that the guy is correct, but I like the way the second pattern echoes what people think of his work.

Question: Several people have mentioned copyright issues with posting to the web, and I note that some people include copyright notices at the end of their posted pieces.
Can someone give a brief summary of copyrighting and web posting (e.g., is a copyright notice enough? does posting to a website qualify as "previously published"? etc)? Or point me to somewhere that explains it?
