Times like these, a site like this seems kind of silly, and frivolous. And of course, it is. And depending on your outlook, Romantic Poetry is a luxury, or a necessity. I'll settle for this site and its contents being a distraction from bad news. ("If we don't get back to our regularly scheduled programming, the floodwaters will have won!")

A really great set of Front Page Picks this month, I guess the heat of August got some people movin'. Plus, this month's Featured Artist Review looks at the lovely sound and lyric of Sara Shansky...well worth checking out!
